Terms of delivery:
Only persons of 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, can place an order. We deliver to all EU countries.
The prices displayed at storeofhope.fi/en include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change of VAT amount will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are confirmed by an e-mail that contains information about delivery charges, a listing of the purchased items and the final cost of your order. An e-mail address is required for this when placing an order. We will send the product few days from receiving your order.
When placing an order, the customer must provide their name, email address and postal address. By ordering, the customer approves that Store of Hope will register the information gained from the customer in their customer register.
The customer information of Store of Hope is confidential. Story of Hope does not give customer information to third parties except as permitted by law. Customer information is not transferred outside the borders of Finland. The customer has the right to inspect the register information according to the Personal Data Act. The purpose of the register is the maintenance and development of the customer relationship.

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
The dispatch amount is calculated according to the destination country, the purchased items and the packaging used to send them. The total dispatch amount is indicated on the order summary page prior to order confirmation.
In order to guarantee a high standard of carrier services, delivery costs are applied to all orders placed at storeofhope.fi/en.
We have a return policy of 14 days. This means you can send any unworn and undamaged item ordered in its original packing back to us within 14 days from the shipment day. We do not accept returns made later than within 14 days of placing the order. After we have inspected and accepted your returned items, we will return your money the same way your payment was completed.

To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone.
